One role. Three rewrites.
One intake becomes a job description, ATS order, and LinkedIn search. You rebuild the same requirements for every destination.
Lift Recruiter brings practical, recruiter-controlled AI into the process and tools you already use, turning intake notes and candidate details into ready-to-review work instead of more rewriting, copying, and system updates. No AI expertise required.
One $149 preorder per agency. See preorder terms.*
Every open role sets off a chain of rewriting, copying, and catch-up updates. The work moves forward, but you lose time you could spend with candidates and clients.
One intake becomes a job description, ATS order, and LinkedIn search. You rebuild the same requirements for every destination.
A promising profile moves through enrichment, your ATS, outreach, and scheduling, with details copied or re-entered along the way.
Replies, notes, status changes, and next steps happen first, then wait for someone to update the record.
Your tools should support recruiting, not create more work. Keep the tools your team relies on. Let Lift make the work between them lighter.
Your team should not have to master complicated prompts, learn technical terminology, or chase every AI trend. Lift brings clear guidance into familiar recruiting work, one useful step at a time.
Use AI through recruiting tasks your team already understands.
Get clear guidance inside the task, without pausing for another training program.

Also works in Microsoft TeamsBring Lift into Slack or Microsoft Teams. It keeps up with recruiting meetings, helps with everyday requests, and prepares work for you to review without sending you to another system.
Lift joins recruiting meetings, takes notes, and organizes important job, client, and candidate details so you do not have to reconstruct every conversation later.
Message Lift in plain language. Ask it to write a job description, build a LinkedIn Boolean search, prepare an outreach email, find an ATS record, or explain a recruiting AI practice.
Lift returns the work directly in Slack or Teams as an editable draft, form, or action. Check the details, add anything missing, ask teammates for input, and approve when it is ready.
Ask Lift to add a candidate to the ATS. It prepares a prefilled form in chat for you to edit and approve before the record is created.
You ask. Your team can collaborate. Lift prepares the work. You stay in control of what happens next.
Great recruiting depends on judgment, trust, and human connection. Lift clears the administrative weight around that work, giving recruiters more room to apply the expertise that no automation can replace.
No AI impersonation. No autonomous candidate outreach.Just practical support that helps recruiters do their best work.
Keep the tools your team already uses. Lift is designed to work across your recruiting stack, not tie you to one company's products. It reduces duplicate work today and keeps your Lift workflows with your team if you change your ATS, switch between Slack and Microsoft Teams, or replace other systems tomorrow. Slack and Microsoft Teams are both planned for the first release. Lift is targeting the connections below for launch, while preorder demand helps guide implementation priority.

At an estimated $50 value per recruiter hour, a 10-recruiter team only needs to recover about four minutes per recruiter per workday to offset a $700 monthly Lift subscription.
If Lift returns 45 minutes per recruiter across 20 workdays, that represents 15 hours or approximately $750 in recruiting capacity per recruiter each month.
Illustrative estimate based on 20 workdays and a $50 fully loaded value per recruiter hour. Actual time recovered and business value will vary.
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront. The 15% annual discount stacks with the 50% preorder discount during your first year.†‡
A 10-recruiter team would pay $700 month to month or $7,140 annually at standard pricing. With the preorder discount, that becomes $350 month to month or $3,570 for the first year paid upfront.

15 days, 0 hours, 0 minutesLift Recruiter is prelaunch. The one-time $149 preorder fee is charged today, is separate from subscription charges, and will not be applied to future invoices. It is otherwise nonrefundable, but you may request a full refund if Lift has not invited your agency to activate within 12 months. It secures discount eligibility, not current product access or a guaranteed launch date. Full terms will be presented before payment.*
* One preorder per agency. The $149 fee is charged today, is not credited toward subscription charges, and is otherwise nonrefundable. If Lift has not invited your agency to activate a paid account within 12 months of your preorder payment, you may request a full refund during the following 90 days. If Lift cancels the preorder program sooner, you may request a full refund during the 90 days after notice. Activating a paid account waives that refund right. If Lift sends an activation invitation within 12 months, you have 30 days to activate; missing that window does not create refund eligibility.
† The 50% discount applies to every active recruiter seat during one account-wide 12-month period beginning at paid activation. Seats added later receive the discount only for the remaining period. Standard pricing applies after the first subscription anniversary.
‡ Annual subscriptions receive 15% off and are paid upfront. The annual and preorder discounts stack during the first annual term, resulting in a 57.5% reduction from monthly list pricing.
§ Value examples are illustrative, based on 20 workdays and a $50 fully loaded value per recruiter hour. Actual time recovered and business value will vary. No savings, revenue, placement, or return is guaranteed.

Not yet. Lift Recruiter is currently in active development. We will notify preorder customers when their account is ready to activate.
No. Lift is intended to make AI practical inside familiar recruiting work, with clear guidance that helps the team learn as it goes and stay current without mastering AI tools or terminology.
Lift will focus on AI practices relevant to recruiting and turn them into clear guidance your team can apply inside daily work. The goal is to help recruiters use AI confidently without asking them to monitor every new tool, trend, or technical update themselves.
Autonomous candidate outreach is not part of the planned positioning. Communication workflows are intended to keep recruiters responsible for review and approval.
No. Lift is intended to amplify recruiters by reducing repetitive administrative work. Sourcing judgment, candidate relationships, client advice, and hiring decisions remain human work. Lift supports the recruiter; it does not become one.
Slack and Microsoft Teams are both planned as first-release communication interfaces. We are targeting Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, Greenhouse, Workable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Calendly, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar for launch.
Final availability may vary based on vendor access, approvals, and technical validation. Confirmed launch integrations will be announced before activation, and preorder demand will help guide implementation priority. Additional integrations will be added over time after launch.
Lift is intended to work across recruiting systems rather than lock your team into one platform or one company's products. As supported connections expand, your Lift workflows and team practices should move with you when your ATS, CRM, team communication platform, or another part of your stack changes.
Expected monthly pricing is $75 per active recruiter for 1-9 seats, $70 per recruiter for 10-19 seats, and $65 per recruiter for 20 or more seats. The lower rate applies to every active seat after a team reaches a volume tier. Annual subscriptions receive 15% off and are paid upfront.
The preorder gives one agency the right to receive 50% off every active recruiter seat during its first 12 months of paid Lift service. It does not provide current product access, begin a subscription, guarantee a launch date, or provide ownership or equity.
The one-time preorder fee is separate from subscription charges and will not be credited to a future invoice. It is otherwise nonrefundable. If Lift has not invited your agency to activate a paid account within 12 months of your preorder payment, you may request a full refund during the following 90 days. These terms will be presented again before payment.
The $149 preorder fee is charged when you preorder. Subscription billing begins only if you choose to activate a paid Lift account after the product becomes available.
One agency-wide 12-month discount period begins when your agency activates paid service. Every active seat billed during that window receives 50% off. Seats added later receive the discount only for the time remaining in the original 12-month period.
Yes. Annual subscriptions receive 15% off, paid upfront, and the 50% preorder discount applies after that reduction during the first year. Together, the discounts reduce the first annual term by 57.5% from monthly list pricing.
Your agency must activate within 30 days after Lift notifies you that service is available. If you do not activate in that window, the discount eligibility expires and the $149 preorder fee remains nonrefundable.
Every active seat is eligible while the account-wide preorder period remains active. Monthly seat changes affect billing according to the next invoice. Annual additions are prorated through the existing renewal date, while annual reductions take effect at renewal. Adding or removing seats does not restart or extend the discount period.
Standard seat pricing applies after the first subscription anniversary. At current planned pricing, that is $75, $70, or $65 per active recruiter per month based on team size, with 15% off when paid annually. The checkout and activation flow must show the applicable renewal price before purchase.
No. The arithmetic illustrates how little time a team would need to recover for the subscription cost to break even under stated assumptions. Actual time recovered and business value will vary by agency, workflow, adoption, and usage.
If Lift has not invited your agency to activate a paid account within 12 months of your preorder payment, you may request a full refund during the following 90 days. If Lift formally cancels the preorder program sooner, you may request a full refund during the 90 days after that notice. Full terms will be presented before payment.
